Atelier Cologne’s third release in their gaudy “Collection Metale” (complete with bottles in micrometer-thickness electroplated metals) is actually surprisingly good, doubly so since immortelle is a tricky note to work with, and most compositions lean heavily toward a burnt-caramel sweetness.
